I read a previous book of Sara Ney’s and loved it. I found the first book in this series the Studying Hours first and saved it . A few weeks later I went and just got the whole series. I just saw the main titles so The Studying Hours, The Failing Hours, etc. When I got them I saw the How to Date a Douchebag at the top and was like hmmm interesting. It goes from having a main character that acts like a douche and then goes on to have main chracters overcoming some douche team-mates. It’s all around a college wrestling team and some of the players overcoming the Douchebag-Ness and falling in love.
So yes since it’s “How to Date a Douchebag ” there are those tendencies in the story. I would shake my head or be like really because you were reading what made them “douches” . But it was reading how they overcame that and them falling in love that made it such an enjoyable read. I loved the banter, the wrestling lingo, the leading females, and the HEA’s. I enjoyed reading this series and I did laugh out loud a few times so that makes it a winner for me.
